Shipping policy

At MyGlow, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Coverage:

• Currently, we ship within Pakistan only.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

• Karachi: 2–3 working days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days

Shipping Charges:

• Rs. 200 per order
  

Tracking:
You will receive an email or WhatsApp with a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues:

• If your parcel is delayed beyond 7 days, please reach out to us immediately.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
